Terms and Conditions

The F1RST LEAGUE (1L) Referral and Reward Program is open to all current and past clients (and client representatives) of 1L who have entered into a license agreement with 1L to receive, at a minimum, access to our 1L application service (each such client or client representative is defined as an “Existing Client”).

Qualification Requirements

In order for an Existing Client to qualify for the 1L Referral and Reward Program’s 10% of contract check (the “Referral Reward”), the following requirements must be met:

(i) Existing Client must refer a prospect that is a valid business lead eligible to receive services, deemed on-net from 1L;

(ii) Prospect actually becomes a new bona fide client pursuant to a license agreement of 1L (“New Client”).

(iii) New Client must agree to a minimum 3 months license agreement from 1L.

(iv) Existing Client must be in good standing with 1L and have no invoices past due at the time of submitting the Prospect to this referral program; and

(v) New Client must not be or have been a client of 1L within the past year (365 days) prior to the date of its referral by Existing Client.

Referral Reward

If the above requirements are met, 1L will determine Existing Client’s Referral Reward for each referral that leads to a New Client by providing Existing Client with a one-time check equal to 10% of the new license agreement amount received by 1L. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the maximum Referral Reward permitted hereunder is $500.

Existing Clients must refer Prospects through the 1L website or a 1L representative. Referrals must be in accordance with the instructions on the online referral form. 1L is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, lost, destroyed, stolen or undeliverable referral forms. Referral Rewards are non-transferable. Additional prizes may be available from time to time. 1L reserves the right to suspend or terminate this program, and modify any of the terms contained herein at anytime.
