OUR COMPANY
F1RST LEAGUE, LLC is dedicated to turning imaginative ideas into engaging solutions and services that
help solve some of your toughest problems - getting the most from your most valuable asset…your people.
Our staff of professionals has over 40 years of experience motivating employees to go beyond involvement
to engagement. It’s easy to get them to be involved – to show up, but often their mind isn’t in the game.
We aim to get their mind and heart in your game by playing ours!
CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP
Volunteerism and giving back is a strong part of 1L’s culture. Our philosophy of teamwork and commitment extends into the communities where we live and work. Together, we use our skills, energy and talent to focus on giving back where it can make the greatest long-term impact…with our youth. At 1L, we understand, our small company may not be able to, but our small children will inevitably change our world.
1L volunteers lend their support to the Phoenix Montessori Academy Toddler Playground Construction Project. A new fence and swings were installed. Phoenix Montessori Academy, located at 12300 Mayes Road in Huntersville, NC, serves 80 children from Toddler to 8th grades. India Adams is the Head of School.

- Secured web site using SSL
- Password protected login screen
The various F1RST LEAGUE screens are easy to navigate and intuitive.
All players have the ability to access the web site to view the schedule,
standings and weekly results. There's also a "Tools" section that provides
access to templates, which may be used as supporting documentation of team
performance.
Player/Coaches enter individual points that are automatically tallied for
the team total score. The League Commissioner creates the league while
Division Commissioners approve weekly results, and manage the league.
FLEXIBILITY IS KEY
One of the key attributes to the F1RST LEAGUE solution is flexibility.
The client determines what activities are of greatest value to the organization
and assigns the corresponding point system. This dictates what employees will be
motivated to accomplish in an attempt to score individual and team points.
Examples of how points may be scored:
- Sales, Service, Quality, Safety, Productivity, etc. activities performed
- Uncovering items of non-conformance
- Developing and sharing corrective actions
- Submitting work/repair orders
- Attending team meetings & training events
- Conducting routine inspections
- Participating in special projects
To make things even more interesting, clients may choose to announce Players of the
Week, Month, Pro-Bowl selections, and team playoffs!
