“Benefits we've seen to date - We've maintained approximately a 90% participation. Every organization has their C.A.V.E. (Citizens Against Virtually Everything) People, but with a good coach I've witnessed several of them get involved. The secret is the coaches and their participation. All of our strongest teams have strong interactive coaches. We have multiplied our Behavior Based Safety Observations by 10. (about 70 were completed in January and 670 in February after starting the league and over 300 so far in March) Our folks are turning in about 100% more Safety Suggestions and Potential Hazards Identified, but what is most pleasing is in the past these would get turned in as a work order (for someone else to do). Now about 90% of the things turned in are being addressed at that time. When we do this again we will probably make some adjustments in our scoring process, but it is a learning experience. There have been a few glitches in the process, but you have responded extremely well and fixed things quickly. You talking me through issues really helped me figure out how to get through the system and do things in the easiest manner.
